This recipe I have for you today is delicious.
It is also a very light salad and refreshing with a lot of powerful flavors for you to enjoy.
It is packed full of protein, omega-3 fats, and antioxidants.
Today’s recipe is called Sesame Shrimp Salad.

Sesame Shrimp Salad
2 cups shrimp (tails removed and cooked)
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 head of Napa cabbage
1 bunch watercress, trimmed
1 cup mandarin oranges
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts
1/2 bunch chopped cilantro
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
3/4 cup Asian sesame ginger dressing
1/2 cup roasted cashews, chopped
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Other ingredients you could add to this: granny smith apple, chopped or a tomato.
Place the ingredients except for the cashews and sesame seeds in a large bowl and toss. Then place the salad in a serving bowl and sprinkle with cashews and sesame seeds.
Serve and enjoy!!
