I am typically an eggs every morning type of guy for my breakfast.
Though, I do like to change things up every so often.
I found this recipe that is packed full of protein and fiber to give me the protein I want and the the fullness I need so I am not eating again 1 hour later.

Peach Melba Breakfast Shortcake
1 whole wheat waffle
1/2 cup Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Fiber One cereal (your choice)
3 peeled fresh slices or canned peach slices
1/4 cup raspberries
Toast waffle. Top with cottage cheese, cereal, and fruit.
