Tuna Pinwheel recipe
4 gluten free flour tortillas
1 8oz plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1 can albacore tuna
1/2 cup chopped pimientos
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Layout 1 tortilla and spoon 1/4 of the greek yogurt onto the tortilla and spread evenly. Then place 1/4 of the albacore tuna onto tortilla and spread around. Then sprinkle some pimientos and chopped green onions onto the tortilla. Rollup and cut into 1 inch sections and enjoy! Repeat with the other 3 tortilla shells.
