[Recipe] 2 Fat Burning Tuna Recipes


I have 2 wonderful recipes for you today using albacore tuna.  You may be thinking that tuna fish is high in fat and calories. 

You are missing out on a high protein essential fatty acid food if you think that way.  Albacore tuna packed in water contains good amounts of lean protein and also Omega 3 fats which help you to burn more stored fat calories for energy.  

I have a great recipe hack in this video below to make a low carb low calorie tuna salad.  I have also included a 2nd recipe below the video and you can make tuna pinwheels.

Tuna Pinwheel recipe

4 gluten free flour tortillas
1 8oz plain or vanilla greek yogurt
1 can albacore tuna
1/2 cup chopped pimientos
1/4 cup chopped green onions


Layout 1 tortilla and spoon 1/4 of the greek yogurt onto the tortilla and spread evenly.  Then place 1/4 of the albacore tuna onto tortilla and spread around.  Then sprinkle some pimientos and chopped green onions onto the tortilla.  Rollup and cut into 1 inch sections and enjoy!  Repeat with the other 3 tortilla shells.
