This tuna burger is quick and easy to make and is a nice change from the norm not to mention packed full of healthy protein.
- 1 3/4 lbs. ground tuna steak
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. Salmon Shake Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Blackened Saskatchewan Seasoning
- 1 diced white onion
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 tsp. soy sauce or 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or both
One added option: Slice some avocado and place on top of the burger. Now you are adding a healthy fat and this burger explodes with flavor.
Mix all ingredients together and form into thin patties. Place them on your grill on high for 10-15 minutes and voila! You now have a delicious healthy tuna burger that tastes delicious.
