Top 5 Favorite Low Carb Recipes

I have tried a lot of recipes over the years and I am always looking for new recipes that fit my criteria.  If they are low carb or no carb recipes they MUST taste great.

That is priority number 1.  Then next criteria is that it must be easy and simple to make.  If it means I have to spend hours in the kitchen prepping and cooking then it doesn’t make the cut.

I have assembled my 5 favorite low carb recipes below for you to try yourself.  If you have a favorite please leave it in the comments below but remember for me to try the recipe it needs to taste great and be simple and quick to make.  🙂

Enjoy and let me know if you like these 5 recipes as much as I do.

  • Recipe #1

Italian Beef

This recipe practically makes itself.  The prep time is like 10 minutes and then the crock pot does the rest for me.  I call that simple.

  • Recipe #2

Almond Butter Satay Chicken

This recently became one of my new favorites because of the amazing flavor it has.  It does require it to be marinated overnight, but it still fits my criteria because I am not spending time in the kitchen making this meal while it marinates.

  • Recipe #3

Roasted Garlic And Nut Crusted Fish

Even if you are not a fan of fish you have to try this recipe.  My wife is not a big fan of fish, but when I find recipes that have such great flavor she forgets she is eating fish and will ask to make it again.  Don’t worry about the dreaded fishy taste because you will not have that with this recipe.
