I for one LOVE pancackes and maybe this healthy recipe will convert those that don’t like pancakes into pancake lovers. 🙂
It is real simple to make and you also won’t have to feel guilty for eating them.
Here are the ingredients you will need for this delicious recipe.
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 scoops Prograde Protein
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. skim milk
3 egg whites
1/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. wheat germ
2 tbsp. cornmeal
4 tbsp. bran
1 banana sliced
1 cup berries
Once you have all ingredients heat your skillet or griddle to 375 degrees. Use a large bowl to combine all the ingredients.
Mix until any extra lumps disappear. Then pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the hot skillet. Flip pancakes when edges look cooked and bubbles begin to break on surface.
Now you can enjoy a guilt free pancake breakfast.
