First off, thanks SO much for your trust in me and this breakthrough weight loss program. I know you’re going to love it’s simplicity, mouth watering meals and the results it delivers!
Make sure you check your email before you go any further. You received a receipt from us via clickbank marketplace. Your credit card or bank statement will show a charge by ClickBank or CLKBANK*COM. This is your receipt if case you are to need it. If you have never confirmed a purchase or double opted in for a newsletter from us before then you were just sent a confirmation email with the subject heading “Please Confirm Your Weight Loss Made Easy Purchase”.
Once you have confirmed your email we will be able to email you updates and not have to worry about your internet and email provider blocking our emails. Also, make sure you whitelist our email in your address book so that your email filters do not block our emails. Alright, now let’s get started. Below you will see some links for you to download the meal plans. Not only are you getting the 30 days of meal plans and recipes you are also getting weekly grocery shopping lists based on the weeks menu.
To download the files place your mouse cursor over the link and right click your mouse. Choose “save target as” or “save link as” and you will be able to save all these files to your computer.
Here is the 30 Day Monthly Meal Plan in microsoft word format. This will allow you if you want to copy and paste the meal plans and recipes into their own document and create a quick and easy grocery shopping list of the foods you will be eating each week. Once you determine the quantity of foods you should be eating just copy the meal plans and tally the amounts of each food into a document and use that as your grocery shopping list.
I have also gone ahead and broke down each week into shopping lists. One document is of all the staples of your weekly meal plan. The second document is the recipes for each week with the quantities as they are now. I put these in their own document because many of you may be cooking dinners for the family where you may need to double the recipes. I kept these in their own document so it would be easy to know the recipes for every 7 days and easily modify the quantities if you need to double the recipe. They are both in MS Word format so you can edit them if needed and PDF format if you don’t need to edit them.

For those that do not have turkey as a source of prevalent meat you can simply substitute chicken in its place. Also, for those that consider themselves very overweight use your goal bodyweight when determining your quantities of protein and carbs. If you only have less than 30 pounds to lose then use your actual weight and adjust your food intake as you lose the weight.
